Leonard is forced to come clean and admits that he鈥檚 not a proper painter at all and that he bought Jill鈥檚 snowdrops painting after his ended up looking like little lamp-posts. Jill finds the whole situation very funny.

Jim and Leonard discuss Rosie鈥檚 christening; Jim thinks the only good thing about the day was Toby鈥檚 coughing. Later at Grey Gables health club Jim bumps into Shula who鈥檚 off for a swim. Jim and Shula discuss her failed attempt at giving a sermon. Shula admits that she felt like a hypocrite standing at the pulpit. She thought Jim might be pleased at seeing her struggle. But Jim congratulates Shula on her honesty. She confides she鈥檚 not sure of anything at the moment. It feels like the ground鈥檚 no longer solid beneath her feet, so she needs to think it all through on her own.
