Jazzer's up for a fight and Tom's forced to come clean.
Jazzer鈥檚 excited and all set to sue Bridge Farm. Again Jim advocates caution. Jazzer will be in a worse financial position if he loses. Jim鈥檚 been doing a bit of research himself and it won鈥檛 be easy to prove Tom acted unreasonably. What Jazzer needs is a no win no fee solicitor. Okay, says Jazzer, why don鈥檛 you do it for me?
Pat鈥檚 keen to visit the flat one evening and celebrate Tom and Natasha鈥檚 new home. Tom and Helen fob her off as best they can. But when Susan digs for information having not spotted Natasha for a while, Pat knows something鈥檚 up. Tom鈥檚 forced to admit Natasha鈥檚 moved out. But at that moment they鈥檙e interrupted by Jazzer.
Clarrie鈥檚 not a big fan of Borsetshire Blue. She hopes the new batch will taste different. At the tasting Pat enthuses about the creaminess and flavour. Susan agrees it鈥檚 the best Helen鈥檚 ever made. Clarrie admits it鈥檚 got character 鈥 but she doesn鈥檛 want another piece. Helen points out it鈥檚 bound to be a bit punchy until it matures more. She鈥檚 pleased with it and is quite emotional.
Later Jim and Jazzer visit Bridge Farm and Jazzer goads Tom about his lack of a pig man. Jim counsels him to stop and go back in the Tearoom. Jim wants to arrange a meeting with Tom regarding severance pay. He鈥檒l be representing Jazzer. He recommends a swift settlement or he鈥檒l be forced to sue.
