The 麻豆社 Symphony Orchestra in Japan

The 麻豆社 Symphony Orchestra, on tour in Japan in 2018, play Britten, Tchaikovsky and Brahms. And at the Aldeburgh Festival, they play Helen Grimes's Everyone Sang.

The 麻豆社 Symphony Orchestra and the 麻豆社 Singers: Penny Gore begins a week devoted to two of the world's most versatile performing ensemble. Today the 麻豆社 Symphony Orchestra is heard in a range of repertoire recorded on tour in Japan and as well as nearer to home at the Aldeburgh Festival and at London's Royal Albert Hall. We also hear from the Orchestra's world-beating Symphony Chorus.
