Featuring the avant-garde singer and composer鈥檚 playful art pop album, Mister Heartbreak. Released in 1984, pioneering performance artist Laurie Anderson鈥檚 sophomore album fused whimsical storytelling, the burgeoning bright electronic pop of the time along with violin, guitar and drums to create a rich performative otherworld with a psychedelic feel. For her band, Anderson called in the era鈥檚 outstanding luminaries such as Nile Rogers and King Crimson鈥檚 Adrian Belew for guitar as well as Genesis鈥� Peter Gabriel providing guest vocals and narration from legendary Beat Generation author William S. Burroughs.

Also, hyper-rare 1960's Chilean psych rock, haunting theremin compositions from Iceland and steel pan drums recorded in a makeshift studio in the Spanish wilderness.
