麻豆社 National Orchestra of Wales and trumpeters H氓kan Hardenberger and Jeroen Berwaerts are rival soloists in a rhythmically charged concerto by Swedish composer Tobias Brostr枚m.
麻豆社 Orchestras at the Proms: the 麻豆社 National Orchestra of Wales at last year's Proms.
The mischievous escapades of the irrepressible Till Eulenspiegel 鈥 Germany鈥檚 beloved folk-hero 鈥 introduce a concert that celebrates the dramatic power of the orchestra. Markus Stenz conducts the 麻豆社 NOW in a concert which pairs Strauss鈥檚 lively tone-poem with Brahms鈥檚 turbulent Symphony No. 1 鈥 the work that announced him as the 鈥榟eir to Beethoven鈥. And trumpeters H氓kan Hardenberger and Jeroen Berwaerts are rival soloists in a rhythmically charged new double concerto by Swedish composer Tobias Brostr枚m.
