Rev'd Cathy Gale
A service led by the Rev'd Cathy Gale, a minister in the Cardiff Methodist Circuit.
Despite a different Christmas, still we celebrate Christ鈥檚 birth.
鈥楯esus, light in the darkness鈥.
2020 has been like no other and for most of us, this Christmas will have been very different. In this final Celebration of the year, and as we look and hope for a better 2021, the Revd Cathy Gale, a Methodist Minister based in Cardiff, reflects on the significance of Christ鈥檚 birth; that God is with us even in these dark times.
Readings are taken from the book of the prophet Isaiah, and the Gospel according to St John.
Carols include 鈥楬ark the herald angels sing鈥, 鈥楲ike a candle flame鈥 and 鈥極 little town of Bethlehem鈥.
