HS2 was 鈥渄ishonest, misleading and inconsistent鈥� when negotiating compensation with a farmer who had to move to make way for the new high-speed rail line. The Parliamentary Ombudsman service has just published its findings into complaints made by a family from a village near Lichfield, in Staffordshire. We hear about the farmer's 11 year "nightmare" battle with HS2 Ltd.
