Mark Radcliffe and Stuart Maconie present a feast of great music and chat for weekend breakfast.

Today, Bristol based singer-songwriter Billy Nomates (AKA Tor Maries) joins Mark and Stuart to share her 'First, Last and Everything' - that鈥檚 the first record she owned, the most recent one she鈥檚 enjoyed and the record that means 鈥榚verything鈥 to her. She also talks about her new single 鈥楤lue Bones鈥 and her forthcoming second album, which is currently in the making.

Her self-titled debut album 鈥楤illy Nomates鈥 was recorded with Portishead鈥檚 Geoff Barrow and released in August 2020. The album was released to critical success and was selected as one of 6 Music鈥檚 鈥楢lbums of The Year鈥. In 2021, she released 鈥楨mergency Telephone鈥, an EP of compositions written in lockdown. She also appeared on Sleaford Mods鈥 single 鈥楳ork n Mindy鈥 and supported them on their UK tour.

Also on the show... long-running feature 鈥楾he Chain鈥, which gives listeners the chance to pick a track that links in some way to the last. The list now contains over 8000 songs.

With a selection of music old and new to get the weekend started.
