Frustrated intellectual, Jenny Green, is going nowhere as a staff-writer on the popular, but struggling, TV soap 鈥楯esmond Road鈥�.

Then one day, she is presented with the opportunity to take out her frustrations on the soap's script.

In the process, she unwittingly starts a cultural revolution...
