It鈥檚 the end of an era for one resident, and Oliver takes tentative steps.

Helen drops Henry at school, but he doesn鈥檛 want to be there. He thinks Lee will have gone before he returns and blames Helen for spoiling everything. Later, as he packs, Lee reminds Helen that their break-up was her decision. He loves Henry and Jack, and Helen鈥檚 hopeful they will all still see each other. They acknowledge this is the hardest thing they鈥檝e ever done.

Later, Henry is cold towards Helen and Lee gently asks him not to speak to his mum in that way. Lee makes it clear that Helen and he have made a joint decision about living apart. It鈥檚 difficult, but it鈥檚 the right thing to do. Lee promises to see Henry and Jack regularly, then arranges to spend next Sunday with them. Later, before Lee leaves, Helen thanks him and apologises for how things have turned out. They hug and say a final goodbye.

Will asks Oliver about the possibility of selling Grange Farm. Oliver鈥檚 hopeful he won鈥檛 have to sell the farmhouse, if he can parcel off a section of land. He stresses that nothing has been decided yet. Adil arrives to clear the air. Oliver is angry and wants Adil to know how his actions are impacting others. Adil wants to put things right, but Oliver thinks that鈥檚 impossible. Plus, he thinks it鈥檚 too much of a risk. However, Adil makes three promises to Oliver: to win back his trust, to deliver a finished hotel and to repay the extra investment they鈥檝e put in. Oliver accepts, on condition that Adil runs every decision past him.
