She meets a highland dance teacher and her father in Bready near Strabane, both novice cooks, and shows them how to make the perfect barbecue lamb kebabs with a minty broad bean dip. There is a touch of nostalgia about the final pudding of the series: Paula makes individual brown lemonade cakes filled with a gooseberry and elderflower cream.
