'The dentist needed a rest!'
'My dental appointment was so long,' says Eddie, 'that the dentist needed a rest.'
Eddie rings to say that he has two dental appointments today.
鈥淭wo appointments?鈥 Sean says. 鈥淲hy would anyone need to see the dentist twice in one day?鈥
鈥淵our man鈥檚 two dental appointments are easily explained,鈥 Felix says. 鈥淥ne to leave the teeth in, and the other to collect them!鈥
鈥淣o," Eddie says, 鈥淚t's because the first one was so long she needed a rest in between them. I鈥檓 of an age when I鈥檓 grateful that I still have teeth!鈥
鈥淪weet heart of all that鈥檚 holy!鈥 Sean says. 鈥淲hat were they taking out? Your gums?鈥
