Dawn by Emma Hooper

A young Canadian girl discovers something incredible in a Dorset quarry. Written and read by Emma Hooper.

Jenny’s family have recently moved from their home in Canada to a village in Dorset.

They're set to take over the running of her Grandpa’s quarry - ‘aka abandoned everything for a few English rocks’.

Homesick and lonely, she explores quarry caves when she’s meant to be waiting at school for her brother to finish football practice.

One day she finds something incredible...
