In Flower Capital, people enjoy the Fire Festival, oblivious to the danger closing in on them. O-Toko writes her wish – to see her father Yasuie again – on a Sky Ship lantern to be launched into the sky. On Onigashima, Luffy and Kaido’s battle continues. Kaido, who’s delighted about the battle against a worthy opponent, drinks saké and starts his drunken fighting style, which frustrates Luffy. In Marijoa, the Five Elders review the current events and mention a Devil Fruit that the World Government has renamed. Meanwhile offshore Wano Country, World Government vessels wait for their command to attack when Zunesha appears before them.
