This week on Classical Live, we are featuring the 麻豆社 Orchestras in concert. The 麻豆社 Philharmonic Orchestra and conductor John Storgards perform Sibelius' Symphony no. 5, and the 麻豆社 Scottish Symphony Orchestra are joined by violinist and 麻豆社 New Generation Artist Elena Urioste for Vaughan Williams The Lark Ascending, plus Mendelssohn's "Scottish" Symphony.

Elizabeth also has a spotlight on flautist Emmanuel Pahud, who performs Mozart and violinist Francesca Dego and pianist Francesca Leonardi play Ferruccio Busoni's Violin Sonata No. 2 in a recording from the Belfast Music Society International Festival of Chamber Music.
