Tom McKinney presents Radio 3鈥檚 Breakfast show live from Salford, including 麻豆社 Radio 3鈥檚 25 for 25: Sounds of the Century 鈥 a series of brand new commissions celebrating and commemorating some of the biggest events of the 21st century so far. This week, in Echoing Souls performed by the 麻豆社 Concert Orchestra Los-Angeles based Japanese composer Karen Tanaka commemorates the victims of the T艒hoku earthquake and tsunami which caused the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear disaster and was the most powerful earthquake in the country鈥檚 history.
