Your perfect Sunday soundtrack

Sarah Walker with three hours of classical music to reflect, restore and refresh, whether you are busy preparing lunch or relaxing with the papers.

Sarah Walker chooses three hours of attractive and uplifting music to complement your morning.

Today, Sarah's big piece is a classic recording of Debussy's impressionist Three Nocturnes, and there's a chance to hear Martha Argerich's masterful take on the first movement of Schumann's Piano Concerto.

She has a joyful dance-like caprice for the violin by Sophie-Carmen Eckhardt-Gramatt茅, there's music to accompany your summer from Albeniz and Delius, and she'll be playing the Mendelssohn favourite, Fingal's Cave.

Plus, Sarah's Choral Reflection today is the striking 3rd Psalm by Edvard Grieg, which shows a completely different side to the composer than the one you know from his extroverted Piano Concerto or Norwegian Dances.
