It鈥檚 the penultimate day at the World Athletics Championships, and Sarah Mulkerins has highlights of all the action. Can Katarina Johnson-Thompson defend the title she won in Budapest two years ago? It鈥檚 the javelin and the 800m to finish her campaign.

After winning medals in all four relay finals at the Paris Olympics, Great Britain will be confident of more in Tokyo. The 4 x 400m and 4 x 100m teams will have to get through the heats first.

And there are gold medals to be handed out in the field in the women鈥檚 shot put and javelin, whilst on the track, it鈥檚 the final of the women鈥檚 5,000m, featuring Faith Kipyegon, and the men鈥檚 800m final.
