In the UK’s biggest cities, organised gangs of thieves are targeting electric bikes worth thousands of pounds. Bike recovery specialist Bilal is hunting down a stolen e-bike that is fitted with a tracker and has a child’s seat on the back. As a father himself, Bilal is determined to get the bike back.
