The Countryfile Ramble for 麻豆社 Children in Need is back! And this year, for the very first time, Ramble HQ is based on a farm, on the Staffordshire-Shropshire border. Matt Baker, Joe Crowley, Sean Fletcher and Anita Rani pull on their bobble hats to walk alongside some truly
inspiring young people, while John Craven catches up with those rambling around the country, from his hub on the farm.

Matt walks with Alyssa, aged 10, from Newport, south Wales, who was supported by the Unicorn Service at her local hospice after losing her mum to cancer. Anita is joined by Ellie, 13, from Staffordshire, who has achondroplasia, a form of dwarfism, and has been supported by the charity LPUK. Sean rambles with 16-year-old young carer Grace, who has had help from the charity PKAVS, while Joe is with Daniel, 14, who lives with sickle cell and has been supported by Cianna鈥檚 Smile.
