In south London, Nick and the team step in to help a group of siblings grieving the recent loss of their mum. The two oldest, Somer and Samuel, have taken on the enormous responsibility of being mum and dad, doing everything they can to hold the family together. But with five siblings squeezed into a cramped three-bedroom house, the pressure is overwhelming. To make matters harder, the youngest, Seth, who is both blind and autistic, requires a safe and supportive environment for his additional needs.
