To celebrate Annie Nightingale Pioneers returning to Radio 1 for 2025, Martha has an extended Deep Frequencies mix this week. Expect a full hour packed full of female and non binary pioneers of electronic music, from across the genre's history. With tracks from Katy B, Sicaria, Maya Jane Coles and more, it's a real treat!

Columbian producer and DJ Bitter Babe is in the guest mix, bringing her signature Latin-inspired percussive rhythms. Expect a journey through bass heavy club sounds from Reggaeton to Brazilian funk and beyond.
