Mark and Stuart present a feast of great music and Blur bassist Alex James joins them to share his 鈥楩irst, Last and Everything鈥� and chat about his latest project.

Mark and Stuart present a feast of great music and chat for weekend breakfast.

Today they are joined by Blur bassist Alex James. Alex has been playing the bass guitar for Blur since the band formed in 1988, through the height of their Britpop fame to present day. Their most recent album 'The Ballad of Darren' was released in 2023 to much acclaim.

Alex shares his 鈥楩irst, Last and Everything鈥� - that鈥檚 his first record, the most recent one he's enjoyed and the record that means 鈥榚verything鈥� to him. He also chats about his latest project 'Britpop Classical.'
