More mouthwatering dishes from Andi Oliver, Niklas Ekstedt, Sabrina Ghayour and Rick Stein. Meanwhile, Rick Stein and Clive Myrie head out across the UK and abroad.
Andi Oliver takes a classic British dessert and transforms it into a savoury number with her three cheese and leek bread and butter pudding. She then grills slices of it with a rarebit sauce on top, serving it with a leek and spinach veloute.
Niklas Ekstedt brings the taste of Sweden to the studio with the iconic Jansson's temptation, which he serves alongside a deliciously fatty pork chop. Sabrina Ghayour serves up three tasty treats that are perfect for sharing: lamb barberry and pine nut koftas, pomegranate-glazed aubergines, and muhammara dip.
Rick Stein has a dish inspired by his travels, while Paul A Young makes maraschino cherry and almond truffles. And Mel C is in the hot seat to face either her food heaven, roast lamb, or her food hell, okra.
Meanwhile, Rick Stein has a peek behind the scenes at how the filming of his shows doesn鈥檛 always go to plan, and Clive Myrie gets a taste of Caribbean honey.
