Award-winning Ceredigion farmer Margaret Dalton is at the heart of this week鈥檚 Country Focus. As Christmas approaches, reporter Megan Williams visits Margaret on her Llangybi hill farm to hear about her life and work, her long and decorated farming career, and the pressures and routines of the festive season. Margaret reflects on the resilience that has shaped her decades on the land, and shows Megan how she prepares her Christmas poultry each year, including how this season鈥檚 bird flu situation is influencing the process.
