There are smiles all round as Alistair Appleton heads back to the lush Welsh Valleys to reunite with a couple who, in 2024, traded the city of Doncaster for family, fresh air and a brand new job opportunity. With samosas in one hand and welsh cakes in the other, Alistair discovers they鈥檝e fully embraced their big, bold move and couldn鈥檛 be happier.
Jules Hudson is in glorious Powys to meet a couple first helped by Nicki Chapman. They鈥檇 only just started renting in Herefordshire when she met them, but now they鈥檝e landed in a picture-perfect Welsh community where neighbours aren鈥檛 just friends, they鈥檙e practically family. Jules sees for himself how beautifully their new life has blossomed.
