Live music from Ashley Campbell and Red Sky July, two of the acts who are in Glasgow for Celtic Connections 2026. They share the stories behind their songs and pick some of their favourite country records.

Ashley Campbell first came to attention as a member of her late father Glen Campbell鈥檚 band before starting a solo career. She鈥檚 released 3 solo albums including her most recent, Goodnight Nashville, and one as part of duo Campbell Jensen.

Red Sky July share a love of country, bluegrass, folk and vintage music. Featuring husband and wife duo Ally McErlaine from Scottish band Texas & Shelly Poole formerly with Alisha's Attic. They perform songs from their 4th album, Misty Morning.
