We take a look at the government's new Warm Homes Plan, which is designed to help households reduce their energy bills by providing access to solar panels, batteries, heat pumps and insulation. The 拢15 billion scheme will replace the controversial ECO4 scheme that left many customers needing costly repairs after faulty work was done, so how will this be different?

Padel, which is a hybrid between tennis and squash, is the UK's fastest growing sport. According to the Lawn Tennis Association, the number of Padel players in the UK has grown from 15,000 to 400,000 in the last seven years. As a result, there's been a huge increase in the number of courts being built, however, according to some players, it doesn't come cheap.

River Island is closing 33 of its 230 UK stores this month. It had previously been one of the fashion brands that kept a large high street presence in smaller towns and cities. So, how will the loss of River Island affect the locations it's leaving? Our reporter Linda Walker reports reports from Northwich in Cheshire.

Just over two years ago, we looked at reports showing that customer service in the UK and US was objectively getting worse. However, that looks to be changing. New research from the Institute of Customer Service has found a marked improvement in the standard of customer service across the board, with quality levels reaching an all time high. We discuss why, and whether this is something that customers are noticing.
