Adam鈥檚 guest is comedian Lucy Porter who returns with a brand new show about the power of letting yourself go - in every sense. Whether that means embracing your wrinkles and love handles or having a couple of babychams and dancing like nobody鈥檚 watching! She's coming to Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells on tour.

With a career now spanning 59 years, Fairport Convention are hitting the road again. Simon Nicol from the lineup chats to Adam ahead of their gig in Canterbury.
