Helen Mark MBE presents Â鶹Éç Radio Ulster’s weekly Ulster-Scots magazine this week alongside Rab Lennox, Willie Hill and Jonnie Crawford. Helen reports from the 5th Linen Hall Ulster-Scots Writing Competition – capturing readings from the winner and runner up in the poetry section. Ahead of its performance in Derry/Londonderry - Jonnie chats to a duo working on a large-scale theatre production which brings together drama, song and movement to explore how Scotland and Ireland helped shape America’s story.  There’s a little bit of local history and a chat around where Ballymena got its name and actor Olivia Nash helps us commemorate a tragic day from our past - the sinking of the Princess Victoria Ferry in January 1953.
