Mika performs alongside the 麻豆社 Concert Orchestra from 麻豆社 Maida Vale studios for Radio 2鈥檚 Piano Room Month.

Mika is a singer-songwriter and presenter who first found success in 2007 with his debut album Life In Cartoon Motion and hit single Grace Kelly - which topped the UK chart for five weeks. He followed that first album with The Boy Who Knew Too Much and since then has released records in both English and French. His seventh studio album Hyperlove was released last month - his first English-language album since 2019. Away from music, he has been a judge/mentor on music talent shows in France, Spain and Italy, as well as co-hosting the Eurovision Song Contest in 2022 and featuring on Channel 4's The Piano since 2023.

Back for its fifth year, Radio 2 Piano Room Month sees globally-famous, award-winning artists perform three tracks - a new song, one of their well-known numbers, and an unexpected cover version - all accompanied by the 麻豆社 Concert Orchestra.
