Feel-good dancefloor favourites, hidden gems and fresh new tunes to make you groove. DJ Spoony serves up a brilliant selection of soulful house, classic soul, disco, RnB, UK Garage, Reggae, hip hop, doo-wop, funk, dance remixes, and everything else in-between.

Spoony picks his favourite moments from the week on Radio 2 in 鈥�2 Good鈥�. He also welcomes the weekend early, taking to the decks live in the studio for a twenty minute 鈥楪ood Groove Mix,鈥� featuring Jill Scott and Whitney Houston, in celebration of International Women's Day. Thursday is the new Friday!
