Murdered after School

When a 12-year-old boy is fatally stabbed in a park on his way home from school, police suspect a 14-year-old but need forensics to prove he is the killer.

When 12-year-old Leo Ross is found fatally stabbed in Birmingham鈥檚 Trittiford Mill Park on his way home from school, police suspect a 14-year-old but need forensics to prove he is the killer.

There's little information about whether Leo was targeted, and finding a murder weapon in such a vast area is an immediate challenge. The 4km park has numerous pathways, a marshland and no CCTV coverage. Body cam footage from first responders proves to be crucial.
