The Trunk of Funk comes from The Bandulus, a soul and reggae outfit led by producer and musician Jeremy Pe帽a.

Formed in Austin, Texas, the band have built a reputation for their warm, vintage sound, drawing on classic Jamaican rocksteady, early reggae and American soul. Their records capture the feel of late 60s studio sessions, with tight rhythms, rich harmonies and deep grooves.

Over the years The Bandulus have worked with singers from both the reggae and soul worlds, creating music that moves easily between the dance floor and the sound system.
