Joining Nuala McKeever this week are Gemma Hayes, Andy McKee and Wafa Daldoul
Nuala McKeever fills in for John this week.
Joining her is Wafa Daldoul, a rising star in stand up who recently swapped Tunisia for Northern Ireland.
Musician Gemma Hayes, who first made waves with her Mercury Prize nominated 2002 debut ‘Night on My Side’ and more recently recorded a gorgeous, haunting version of Chris Isaak’s ‘Wicked Game’ for Pretty Little Liars, joins us in the studio for a chat and live song.
We also hear from world famous guitarist Andy McKee, one of YouTube’s earliest viral sensations.
We go live to western Canada to speak to wildlife photographer Christopher Paetkau, a finalist in this year’s 'Wildlife Photographer of the Year' for his image of a family of polar bears snoozing in the summer sun.
British Paralympic cyclist, adventurer and author Karen Darke chats about finding your inner gold.
And we also go live to the Ballymena Subbuteo Open to chat with the Messi and Ronaldo of local table top football, Kenny Beggs and Barry Spence.
And Paula is in the kitchen making a chocolate and Pedro Ximénez date tart.
