Laura Misch is a London-based musician, composer and producer, blending saxophone, voice and electronics across jazz, ambient and experimental music. She joins us to talk about her new album Lithic, released 5 June 2026 via One Little Independent Records, inspired by landscape and the idea of deep time.

Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall is a British chef, broadcaster, author and food campaigner, best known for his long-running River Cottage projects, which brought seasonal, sustainable food and small-scale farming into the mainstream. His work has consistently focused on the relationship between what we eat and the natural world, from soil health and plant diversity through to animal welfare and sustainable fishing. He is also a Vice-President of Fauna & Flora International, supporting its work to protect biodiversity and ecosystems globally. His new book High Fibre Heroes looks at how to turn 12 everyday vegetables into 100 simple, fibre-rich recipes.
