Melanie C is the Rewind Selector, choosing the tracks that take her back to the dancefloors of her youth. Mel, also known as Sporty Spice, first rose to global fame in the mid鈥�90s as a member of the Spice Girls, one of the most successful pop groups of all time, whose debut single Wannabe helped redefine British pop culture and promote the message of 鈥済irl power鈥� worldwide.

Alongside the group鈥檚 record鈥慴reaking success, she established herself as a credible vocalist and performer, going on to build a stellar solo career beginning with her 1999 debut Northern Star, which produced the UK number鈥憃ne single Never Be the Same Again. Over the years, Melanie C has consistently reinvented herself, releasing multiple charting albums while also developing a parallel career as a DJ, playing major festivals and clubs including Ibiza institutions such as Pacha. Her most recent music sees her fully embracing club culture on her ninth studio album Sweat. The album is a dance鈥慺ocused record shaped by her DJ experience and inspired by rave and fitness culture.
