How bad is the litter problem where you live? There has been an "extraordinary rise" in litter dumped on Welsh roadsides. According to Keep Wales Tidy, rubbish was found on almost 99% of main roads. And the charity's chief executive, Owen Derbyshire, said it was "ridiculous" that "anyone feels that it's appropriate to chuck stuff out of their window while they're driving".
