Alyn Shipton celebrates the centenary of Miles Davis with listeners鈥� requests for music from all periods of his career. These include tracks from seminal albums L鈥橝scenseur Pour L鈥檈chafaud and Birth of the Cool, drawn from the newly remastered editions being released this week. To introduce some of the requests, Alyn also talks to surviving members of Miles鈥檚 groups, including bassist Dave Holland and guitarist George Benson.
