The question in full is, "Who am I? I was born outside Europe and USA in 1936, I sang under my birth name, but a name change in the 60s saw my career rocket. I wanted to record Strangers in the Night, but was told it was earmarked for Frank Sinatra. In a successful career, I had two UK number one singles.鈥�
The answer is not Paul Anka.
