The designers transform a guitar shop and a gift shop in the literary town of Hay-on-Wye, improving layout, footfall and merchandising.
It鈥檚 the quarter final, and Alan and the designers head to the UK鈥檚 'town of books', Hay-on-Wye, in Wales, to transform two high-street shops. One is a specialist guitar shop and the other a gift shop featuring local arts and crafts. Working in pairs, they need to improve layout, footfall and visual merchandising before facing critiques from Michelle and retail expert Ross Bailey.
