Adam also chats to Sue Glover, one half of the legendary duo Sue and Sunny, who have appeared on recordings with the likes of Elton John, T. Rex, Donna Summer, Tom Jones and Mott the Hoople. She chats to Adam about her career and her new music.

And we catch up with comedian Emmanuel Sonubi, who is taking part in a 54-mile London-to-Brighton bike ride on 21 June, before performing a gig that night at the Forge Comedy Club in Brighton!
