John chats to Dundonald man Tim Ramsey, who has just completed a challenge of a lifetime, trekking the Amazon rainforest to raise money for a local centre for people with learning disabilities.

Then to Killough, where John meets Christian Talbot. Originally from Dublin, Christian came up here to study Social Anthropology and never went back. After spending years as a comedian, he began to imagine and create dialogues between sharks to send to friends on Facebook.

Now he's written a book called 'The World According to Sharks' a great, colourful and fun book for young people.

John chats to Adrian Bennett and Pete Jenkins, part of the 'Relics in Relics' team, who are taking part this weekend, in a Top Gear style road trip from Ross-on-Wye to Kileel, to raise money for Leukaemia and Blood Cancer UK.
