In tonight's programme, she shares excerpts from her favourite operas, including Puccini's La Boheme and Handel's Guiolo Cesare.

She also delves into contemporary classical artists, featuring tracks from Max Richter's The Blue Notebooks and composer Sally Beamish's Seavaigers, a collaboration with Scots musicians, fiddler Chris Stout and harpist Catriona McKay, about seafarers and the risks they take at sea.
