Dame Ellen MacArthur makes the Radio 4 Appeal on behalf of the Ellen MacArthur Cancer Trust. The charity organises sailing and outdoor trips for children and young people from across the UK who are recovering from cancer.
The Radio 4 Appeal features a new charity every week.
Each appeal then runs on Radio 4 from Sunday 0755 for 7 days.

Connecting on the water with others who 鈥榞et it鈥�, young people rediscover their purpose and optimism for the future. Beneficiaries say that realising again what they are capable of helps with their mental wellbeing.
