Ten years after a dying whistleblower's warning, Michael Sheen follows a trail of toxic chemical dumping in Wales and asks whether it could still be harming people鈥檚 health.
His search leads him to Ruabon in north Wales, where many locals have voiced concerns about what they believe is a high incidence of cancer in the community. He also gets himself tested for PCB contamination in his own blood and brings together affected communities, scientists, environmentalists and politicians at the Welsh Parliament.
