Hasan Semay prepares grilled squid dressed in fresh herbs served with halloumi and watermelon salad. Anna Jones makes smoky carrot burgers served with a chickpea and tahini Caesar salad, while Julie Lin serves up scissor-cut noodles tossed with a soy ragu and finished with a spicy cucumber salad.

Shelina Permalloo creates a fragrant, pressure-cooked mutton curry, while Terri Mercieca makes ice cream cones and ice cream sandwiches. And Ed Balls tucks into either his food heaven, blackened beef, or his food hell, slow-cooked venison.
