This week on Grant Stott鈥檚 Vinyl Collective, Clint Boon from the Inspiral Carpets, shares a favourite record from his collection. He鈥檚 a published author now too; 鈥楾he Manchester Chronicles鈥 is an exhilarating and highly personal 鈥榝olk-telling鈥 of the Manchester music scene, as seen through the eyes and ears (and hair) of one of the city鈥檚 favourite sons.

Grant will have a special 鈥楧ouble' on Side 2 of the show, celebrating the work of Hue & Cry.

He鈥檒l also have another cracking Into The Groove 12鈥, a Magnificent 7", plus, a countdown of the top 10 albums this week in 1987.
