Kate Molleson journeys through the last five years of Franz Schubert鈥檚 life, when in 1826, amid financial worries, Schubert begins to consider a position at court. Schubert continued to work on his final symphony and began to turn his attention once again to music for the stage, although state censorship of the libretto he was interested in setting slowed down the creative process.
