Witnesses are in short supply, in spite of the attack beginning in a crowded bar. As public pressure to uncover the killers increases, the IRA tells Robert鈥檚 family it has conducted its own investigation and claims to have found out who killed him. But with no-one charged, the search for the truth goes all the way to the White House, where one official sees a way to use the murder to help push the IRA towards going out of business.
